We offer a new employee bonus of £250 which is payable after a 13-week trial period. If you are recommended by a member of The Old Vicarage Care Home staff, they too will receive a £250 recommendation bonus once you have completed your trial period.
Please note, due to the casual contract for all 'Bank' staff, the above bonus does not apply.
