Our current Care Manager is sadly moving on to pastures new! We are now looking for an Interim Care Manager who can provide guidance and support throughout the transitional period of recruiting a permanent Care Manager.

This may be a fantastic opportunity for you to relocate to South Lakeland, which is an area noted for its outstanding beauty. Or you may consider applying for the role to ‘test to the water’ so to speak, with a view to applying for the permanent position of Care Manager.

We pride ourselves in positively promoting career progression and we are open to receiving applications from Deputy Care Managers/NHS Ward/Unit Managers who hold or are working towards a QCF Level 4+ qualification in Social Care. Under the guidance of our Registered Care Manager, you will be supported and provided training.

Job Requirements

• DBS Clearance and References - The Old Vicarage pay for DBS Clearance.

• Flexibility regarding working hours.

• Weekend and on-call availability.

• Social care management experience is required.
